POPshop Policies & Info
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For the most part, I do not offer returns or refunds in the shop. I try my best to capture accurate product photos — so what you see should be what you get! Sometimes colors may vary slightly due to printing and monitor calibrations.
Some stickers may arrive slightly curled - this is due to the glue in the sticker backing and is not a cause for concern/doesn’t affect stickability! Simply press the sticker under a heavy book for a day or so.
If the postal service delivers your package with severe damage, please reach out to me at hello@dollipop.art with photos of the outside of the package, where/how it was delivered, and the damage to the products inside, and I would be glad to refund you or replace your item!
I do not refund or replace lost untracked mail. If your package is lost and you have tracking on it, please reach out to me and I can assist with opening a postal inquiry!
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
I am a one-woman show here at the POPshop, so please be patient with me! Most items in the shop are ready-made, but some are made-to-order and may take an extra day or two to prepare. Generally, it’s a safe bet to assume that your package will ship around 2-3 days after you place your order!
Depending on shipping method and location, packages can take a few days to a few weeks to ship. Untracked mail usually arrives in a week or so for the US, and two or three weeks internationally. Upgraded US tracking (the “flat rate 1-3 day” option) will take around 1-3 days, as it says in the title!
TAXES & FEES
Texas residents will be subject to a small percentage-based sales tax due to local laws.
International customers, please read! I know global shipping is already expensive, but please also be prepared for the possibility of your package incurring extra tariffs, taxes, or fees once it reaches your country! Oftentimes, my packages are so small/the declared amount is so low that these fees are minimal or nonexistent, but I do not have authority to collect and remit these taxes beforehand. I am always looking for cheaper alternatives to global shipping while following e-commerce rules and regulations, and I am truly sorry that I cannot lower global shipping any further!
